Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method and location. Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Domestic Shipping Only:
We currently ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at help@brioelan.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
